I would have to agree. I feel it will be a month to month basis, and based on individual gamepass owner votes. Which games they would like to come to the forefront. IF that is the case I'm all for it. It is a better deal for Gold only owners, and gamepass owners still get the full library of other games to choose from for a bit of a premium price.
I have been month to month with gamepass since it came out, and I applaud Microsoft for their notifications letting me know ...
I find it amazing the people who no longer recognize sarcasm. I... I just don't know. And worse, because of social media, you could be my mother, or my younger brother born 12 years earlier than myself. I won't blame it solely on social media, because I had it growing up too. But there's... Something. I can't quite put my finger on it really. People just lost all common sense and the ability to look up things with sources. I have a hard time with my son nowadays because he bel...
Think it is super interesting what these guys are doing now. Personally my fav is Zeschuk. Just doing his brewery thing :P
Absolutely. Nintendo has been the company through and through that has shown that games don't need amazingly realistic graphics or huge download sizes to achieve a masterpiece. Games, like movies, are art. Art can be minimalistic. Art can be incredibly realistic. And everything in between, abstract, strange, disturbing etc.
They (Nintendo) don't need to shoot super high for hardware specs. They just need specs where they can get the ideas they have across to gamers....
Nostalgia for COD is definitely a big thing. I have many a time found myself reminiscing about an older COD title that became a hacked mess. Primarily Black Ops 1 and 2. Also Modern Warfare 2. There was a certain "je ne sais quoi" about the original games that no remaster can touch. I'm so stoked the older titles have their servers fixed... I will definitely be re-living some memories from years ago that I never thought I would have again. And some new frustrations no doubt... B...
Have to agree with @Seraphim. It is becoming more and more frustrating for me, and I know many others feel this way too... That we can't buy a game physically and as long as my hardware is working, play it in the future.
Maybe even in the far future! I still play Mario 64 and original Goldeneye with my son on my older Sony Trinitron CRT TV. And I never have to worry about NOT having them available to me, because I *own* them. If they break? Have a great video game repa...
It's sadly true. For a while there everyone was getting along nice and cozy playing crossplay once it was finally a thing (thank you Microsoft! They pushed this since Xbox Live was a thing in 2002) because Sony wasn't having any of the crossplay bullsh**. They straight up didn't want to do it.
So third party devs started implementing their own way of doing it, and Sony just had to agree. They are a greedy, insurance minded company. They are one of the biggest in...
I think this would work really well. The GTA freedom but have a bit more of a focused (linear) storyline to keep the narrative moving. But at the same time have enough mini-games and/or side-missions to break things up when you want a bit of a shake up from the more linear narrative the main story has. Easier said than done programming-wise, but even so, I feel like a lot of anime's would make amazing games if they took influence from more western style open world games as the basis for t...
Except that won't be happening. No game has taken advantage of the new console hardware. It's ok, don't cry... Your Ps5 will still give you amazing games!
So will Xbox. So will PC. So why be a little bit**? Don't worry, don't cry... Games will come, padawan.
Stoked for this. Love me some Cyberpunk, the anime was excellent and the game has been updated to the point I expected it to be at launch. And it's excellent. This DLC is frosting on the cake for me.
I'm optimistic about Xbox from here on out. The first few years of this gen have been kind of bleak, and I do agree with many about Microsoft mishandling their first party games in these last few years. But I think they have had enough of a wake up call here to better pace their future releases.
I admit I don't envy the position they're in right now, but they do have a *lot* of amazing looking games coming soon, not to mention a lot of stuff that wasn't eve...
lmao... You all are pathetic.
We have a lot of PS hardcores in our midst! It's all good though. Never bothered us in the past, and it won't now.
Idiots think they can invade another website? that's funny. Since they can't even make a solid argument against our showoff of games.
I just want you all to know... PS gamers... It's OK!!!
You are allowed to lose gracefully.
If not, it's also OK. We understand your rage and upset....
All y'all (because that clearly is the best way to address you all...) don't know what gaming is about. It's about people finding a love of what they do with others. You all have clearly missed the point.
Let's give this another try... All of us loving our neighboring gamer... Oh... No? Then fuck you and your mother. She knows what a show off I am. And that is ok. She'll know how bad I'll beat your eggs next time she asks me to give you shit. You lit...
While it has Bioshock vibes, has a very different tone and feeling. Atomic Heart was another victim of this, and while that game had mixed reviews Clockwork seems a whole different can of worms. I'm not saying it'll be amazing, or without bugs or problems at launch like every damn game has now... But I'm cautiously optimistic about the game given the promising trailer. Has enough to differentiate it from Bioshock, while being it's own thing.
People need to s...
There's a big difference though between a PC that's more powerful than a Series X or Ps5 vs. the console themselves. I just built a custom PC that isn't much more powerful than a Series X/Ps5 on my fav PC builder website, and I'd be spending about $1600 canadian on it for the tower by itself. I bought my Series X for $450 cdn. Would I like a top of the line $4000 PC with all the latest everything? OF COURSE. I don't know a gamer that wouldn't. But life has a way of tam...
They absolutely did. I can understand the games revealed aren't everyone's cup of tea, but for me (a more... mature gamer I suppose) but the games revealed looked incredible to me. Fable, Avowed, Senua, Star Wars, Starfield, I'm leaving out some big ones but these games all are on my must play list awaiting reviews of course.
For Sony I thought Spider Man 2 looked awesome, but I'll pick up a Ps5 when the prices are a little more attractive. Bought a Series X...
These console war nuts are driving me crazy. 30fps, 60fps, Ps5 could do it better, Series X is the most powerful console, PC master race, after gaming for 31 years, it's all the same sh**... Different pile. It's younger gamers that can afford only one thing at a time, and therefore are completely devoted to that platform. Which I understand, to an extent. I remember back in the day I had a Ps2 but wanted and Xbox, but just couldn't afford it with my snow shovelling money. So you b...
Not surprising at all. Consoles always end up creating a jump in PC requirements for games given the hardware consoles are currently using. Having an SSD in every console is naturally forcing the PC industry to change again, and for the better!
Also for the guy who said 60fps on Series consoles... Unfortunately that won't be the case. 30fps lock on both systems, but people also seem to forget how hard it is to hit 4K with 60fps unless you have the latest PC hardware. Ye...
Not only upset, but... DELUSIONAL!
