well i agree that its silly to say that but its equally sill to say that sony is playing catchup without knowing how long their R&D wasactually working on this.
The same happened with the eye-toy and kinect. You can only really know that Morpheus was in the public's eye first as we don't know when they actually started either.
anyway I think if one succeeds they both benefit. Sony will likely bring mass appeal to VR for and create future Rift buye...
i agree with you and abz.
I think this much of a boost is only possible if his game was already poorly optimized to begin with and he perceived this boost as such a massive boost.
i agree.
People just dont want their game ruined or i think more the image of their game ruined but it has little effect on their game.
If they want to go get a friend and beat the game the ez way let them they paid for it.
Yo can also have glitched your way thru the game the "proper" way.
Sure invading now might be a little harsher with the chance but i thought that's what you wanted , more challenge ....
I always hope that f2p games have a premium full version hat i can buy for lets say $40 and get a lot of content included.
I always prefer paying upfront for content and not after. Lets say some sort of season pass that will give me a decent amount of the content that can be bought of the store for a decent price.
anyway i like the idea of the game so far i just hope i wont have to spend money after i played it.
I always wonder why devs go fr...
im getting a morphues at launch but i do wonder what power it will have. It does have the ps4 to help and its own hardware aswell but it remains to be seen.
games can be programmed closer to the metal and optimized further for fixed hardware but just how much this wil help remains to be seen i gues
i see your point but disagree. This game isnt for you and thats the base. It is harsh with punishment when you make a mistake but it isnt unfair.
I know that todays generation doesnt have the attention span or patience that are required in this game.
But you are basiclly saying in essence that you wont buy a racing game because it doesnt have shooting in it.
The game is what it is and if you have tried it and not eenjoyed it or similar games ...
i hate that everyones is a winner crap. I do beleive everyone is good at something tho but you have to learn to fail in order to know what you succeed as.
I have respect for people who work in sewers or collect trash. even tho i am a programmer i know that our society is build ontop of these basic functions that someone has to do.
When i have a kid and he wants to be a trashman i will be proud. if he enjoys what he does that is all that matters.
I see your point and i agree that too many games just do hand holding. but i also see a market for this and sometimes i want just a relaxing easy experience but i also know that by playing bloodborne it is going to require patience and knowing when to take a break and do something else.
Lack op patience and not getting what you want seems to be the trouble of todays generation ( even i sometimes get "impatience"when i see something taking long to load for example)....
i think it has to do with the short attention span of today aswell. even i catch myself not havning the long attention span i used to have.
With everyting on demand alot of people dont have the patience to wait and learn paterns etc. If it doesnt work the way they expect and there is no easy to find solution it must be the games fault.
its the same reason i wil no longer see a socom game because most payers cant imagine playing pvp that is about tactics rath...
atm i think it is rather small since they just partnered up with spotify and would want to promote that first.
But who knows? i have alot of music on google aswell so it would be nice.
i can see the button mapping being handy but i wont use it.
I imagine i wil get confused when ingame prompts dont matchup with the buttons on the controller lol
i dont see me using it alot either but alot of people use it especialy those who are used to it on the vita.
It is handy for games that dont have savepoints often for example.
This way you can still suspend it and comeback and continue where you were instead of starting all the way back from your previus savepoint.
It is also faster than having to boot your ps4 and the game again.
I just think of it as a way to keep your ps4 "on&...
I agree, i can wait for DLNA and if we had the option in the mean time to atleast play movies from USB.
I'm also fine playing music from a USB in the meantime and spotify is on the way so i think they wll push that (also had a free version).
But i would love a native twich app or atleast a new section on the ps4 that shows all twitch streams that are not being streamed from a ps4.
@ wesker
In my case in Europe atm it is this way to go.
I had an american account before moving to Europe and refused to abandon all my trophies so im still using it.
so instead of paying 70 Euros for a game i pay 60 dollars.
And for people who game share like i do with my GF. It is definatly worth it because you get 2 games for the price of 1 if you download.
I dont tend to do this with single player games alot but ...
You can apply to join the beta waiting list via the same site.
You ask to redeem your code and eventualy you can choose to join te mailing list or pre-order for guaranteed access
i always wonder why games costs 70 euros here.
I now only buy singleplayer games or collectord editions that i really on disc. others i buy from the US store and i can then game share them with my GF so i dont have to buy a game for 70euros twice.
I do love games in a box so i can collect them but the price atm is a bit too high for everyday purchases from me.
thats the fun part of me having my main account still being a US account and all agmes worki...
You can try directly connecting the vita to the ps4. it wont use your route. it can improve stability but might lose you some distance. this could also determine if its a router problem or maybe just interference from something else.
I find the interview from game informer had the most info regarding this(its a bit old now). They did seem to have alot of variance they have templates like you say but these are also tweakable. So you will have a standard four legged body wich can hve different heads but the body can also be tweaked by making it skinny, longer, larger, color and the parts you add will also be tweaked in this way the same base that makes a horse can also make a giraffe.
But we will have to see the ac...
It doesnt play like a normal online game. I wonder if it even has a server behind it. People think this is randomly generated it isn't , its procedurally generated wich means it has a seed like Minecraft but that seed will be locked once it ships so everyone will have the same galaxy and so far it seems to work by having the player host his own lobby and anyone near the coordinates of the player might than join the instance and thus be in the same lobby. they haven't said how many pla...
But this would also depend on the game and apps for it, You can also see it as more socializing.
Nowadays people rarely socialize in person anymore (Which i hate) its all done via twitter , facebook etc. Creating an app where you can hangout virtually like Second life and have it be really immersive will satisfy alot of people.
Me personally will buy a morhpeus since i think it has the better chance of a good even tho i know that Oculus will have the better t...
