Maybe you should read the story that way you can bring intellectual insight to the topic.
Lets say there are people on their forum that have both systems.
And these people really like GT better, BUT if they vote for
Forza, they get a rare car in Forza 2. Does it reaaly give
Accurate results?
The whole thing about this is not the result of the poll but the
fact that Turn 10 felt they needed to offer an incentive
to get votes. They should have stayed out of it, and IF they
mention it, don't offer a prize for the vote.

This story was out yesterday... Got rejected twice.
Why? Title. Forza team bribes for votes.
This story had title Forza better than Gran turisom....approved right away.
No reports or anything...Even thought its a duplicate story....

Do you know what a bribe is? If they told forum members to vote for them, and they'll give them a prize. That's a bribe.
