Yay! I'm picking this up this Tuesday regardless of the scores.
Go, DICE! I'll buy it if it's polished or not, no Battlefield has ever disappointed me.
(Except for 1943...)
@Rearden
As did I, but I won't lie and say that I wasn't somewhat disappointed with the quality.
...said the development team behind the game.
lol
I'll still be picking this one up. The first M-rated LOTR game? Sign me up.
I'd definitely prefer Alan Wake over Gears!
That's the one 360 exclusive that I'm actually sad about not being able to play it.
Yeah, if DICE leaves, I'm leaving with 'em, EA.
@Soldierone
To be honest, the 2011 movies as a whole have sucked pretty hard so far.
Battle: LA, The Eagle, and Priest are the only good ones I've seen this year...Pirates 4 just...God, that movie sucked.
I've enjoyed Gears 2 during the few times I've played it at my friends' places. I'd probably buy a Gears 1-2 pack for $40 if it ever did come to the PS3.
...Just be sure to fix the matchmaking first.
Agreed. EA is the lesser of two evils, in my opinion.
I still haven't forgiven Activision for running the Guitar Hero franchise into the ground. Like a stubborn waiter that won't stop shredding parmesan on your dish even after you've said "that's enough."
I love CoD4, I still play it today. But the series has gone down hill. After W@W, Activision's evil grin emerged from the darkness.
Medal of Honor was horrid, it was basically EA's attempt to fight CoD with CoD.
They're doing it right this time, though...They're fighting CoD with Battlefield. As I've said many times before, if there ever was a game deserving of its hype, it's the sequel to one of the best PC FPS titles out there - Battlefield 2.
This game won't fail like MoH, mark my words.
Yes, there are all sorts of different mods for Minecraft that do different things.
You have to remember, the game isn't even finished yet - it's still in beta. I'm sure Notch will be adding stuff to the game even after its completion.
Minecraft isn't a $60 game with a huge publisher backing its advertisement, it's an indie game that costs around $15. You're kind of getting what you pay for.
Actually, you CAN spawn enemies, and you CAN create RPG/campaign elements with tools and mods.
You should try to look for this stuff before knocking the game.
"Is EA jealous of Call of duty's success? I think they are."
Um...duh.
It's called running a business. Why *wouldn't* EA want more money?
Yeah, I had to stop as well a couple of days ago.
It's just...so far away.
You guys are hilariously wrong.
Minecraft is a blast. Creating your own kingdom made out of...snow, for example, is really awesome.
"2)Their farts never made a sound again."
Bahahahahahahaha!
Ah...that was good.
I feel sorry for these guys, eventually they *will* be caught.
Ditto. During my first playthrough on any game with a morality wheel, I'll almost always pick the good/right path.
Being evil is too easy!
I actually hate to eat when I game...I prefer a frosty beverage for thirst quenching.
Go, Dark Souls! :D
I like it.
Kinda reminds me of Batman: Black and White.
Is this guy not allowed to have an opinion?
Hahahahaha, I heard that.
The last time I watched Fallon was for the Uncharted 3 footage.
