Kinect is fail (in terms of a product), but it won't fail, sorry to say (sales wise).
Any multiplat game that I get would be on 360. PS3 is reserved for the exclusives and Blu-ray.

So it looks like they'll actually waste their time sending a card via mail or UPS. Also, you can only get 30 of them with one account, so that's 3000 MS points in total. You can create a second account, but you'll have to use a different computer, apparently.
I doubt there's a "pro-MS" filter on it. Bing just doesn't have a good searching algorithm as Google.
