XBO reveal was not E3. You are confusing Nintendo's E3 2009 with 2008. 2009 showed the Vitality sensor but also some DS and Wii games. it was mediocre. 2008 they showed 2 games. Wii music and Animal Crossing but AC was just a logo or a trailer. Rest of the show was just nothing then Wii music jam session. Nothing is as bad as that.

Look how well that worked out for Wii U and Vita. They did that very thing. When I worked at Gamestop during the early 7th generation. No one ever bought the basic 360. We had to overexplain to people the difference and they were confused. Same with the 20GB PS3. It just confuses people.

I'd like to see one of these "esports" players try hell week in the hot sun in football practice. Then tell me playing a game is a real sport.
Because they shouldn't. It's not real sports. Being fat and drinking energy drinks playing video games in an air-conditioned room sitting down is not athletic. It's not a sport. It is a competitive event sure but sports? Hardly.
I use a 400GB SD card in mine and only use the onboard storage for saves since I can't transfer them.
