Having put 600 hours in the game. This isn't even a port. It's a remake. They also put back in the bionis shoulder which was not in the original game. The version I see in the trailer is upgraded. It was cut and only accessed through hacking the game. I even see a Monando, not in the original game. If it uses new assets then it's a remake. A remaster is upscaling existing assets.

Nintendo owns the IP so unless Uncharted is coming to Switch then this has as much chance as Fire Emblem on PS4.
Platimums new IP. It combines the best of Nier Automata and Metal Gear Risininto one game with new mechanics and gameplay features as well. The story has a similar setup Evangelion and the Legion acts like Stands from Jojo.
