Better support, the psp doesn't have a whole lot of good games. We need more games like monster hunter and mgs peace walker. Also, a second analog stick would be nice. As well as a friends list with all of your ps3 friends but have a note under your name saying that your using a psp.

Art is nice, but toys are fun. You can look at art and appreciate what it's doing but you need to have toys when the art becomes boring.
Edit: A mature challenging experience is definitely important in games. Demons souls was hard but extremely rewarding.
