360 is LOL worthy at this point.
Typical main stream game "journalism", just reporting hype and not quality. Rage? Call of Battlefield 13? WTF is Resistance 3, the best FPS is many years? Lame.
So he used sales as the only metric for "best"? What BS. And claiming that Forza 4 sold well is a stretch, it sold less the FM3 and maybe a 1m WW, UC3 did four times that, but lets just ignore it? As a gamer I want quality and variety, not sales.
Great year for the PS3, the hack had no effect on me. (on vacation and playing Portal 2 SP). Still trying to catch up on all the game this year though.

Biased site is biased. You always get new IP at the beginning of the generation and then have sequels. If you keep pumping out new IPs and don't make sequels, you never get to develop a game into a franchise. Do you know what LBP, Resistance, infamous, Mototrstorm, Uncharted, etc. have in common? Opposite of the topic title, is has shown exclusives matter. As soon as the exclusives dried up over a year ago leaving the 360 with Fable/Forza/Halo/Gears I traded in my 360.I only enjoyed Gears and that wasn't enough for me to keep it around. Sorry MS, my PC/PS3 can play 95% of your library.
How is the rambling of one guy "confirmed"? It is a theory, there is very little data to confirm it though, you would need debug tools. Some of his thoughts are also wrong. He said the save file is not responsible, but we know people with large save files could only play for ~20 minutes while people with small ones could play for hours, how does this fit his theory? "Lag" is not a real term unless you are referring to internet latency. Sounds like they are describing small pauses for disk IO due to game saves, it will not be a ps3 issue only.
Must be hard for Ledbetter aka Grandmaster to give credit to a PS3 exclusive, but he usually humbles himself when he gets face time with the devs. He has such a love affair for the 360.

I always get the feeling the reviewer hardly play MP centric games. They look at the list of feature and play a few rounds and phone in the review. You cannot make any meaningful opinions about MP for weeks after release, when everyone is playing. How do they know about bugs, glitches, lag, etc? They admit the SP is lame, but then just phone in a 9/10? They get caught in the hype and bullied by EA. Meanwhile novel MP games like MAG get 7/10 because there is no bullying and they don't know...
Typical Edge, take all PS3 scores and subtract at least one point. Of course they don't do this for the 360. I actually sampled some exclusives and compared their scores to to metacritic and yep, their PS3 scores are always lower while their 360 ones are not. Clear bias, numbers don't lie.
Forza still looks to saturated and synthetic, GT5 looks like real life. I have no clue which sounds better, I've never driven those cars.
The video was rather lame though.
Picking UC3 out of all the 2011 to biggest disappointment is just fanboy fodder. It was a great game by ALL standards. If you loved UC2 you got a great sequel which was just as good. So how can it be disappointing, did they expect a RPG or flight sim?
Most over rated is Skyrim though, Oblivion 1.5.
