We can wait and see how the game is, but that doesn't change the fact that many of us won't be able to enjoy the game in co-op mode because we don't live with/near our friends. It's unfortunate, but who cares.
Why are people downvoting your suggestion of them offering both. That way everyone can be happy. We can't all live with our friends forever. :/

Can't wait for like maybe the 10th or 11th on PSN to play Destiny. PSN is gonna be down for days starting the 9th. Especially if it can't handle a surprise Minecraft launch when everyone already owns like two copies of that game already.
