Yes the red ring crap happen but they took responsibility and fixed ,replaced system out of their pocket without ever charging . Unlike the competition who's drive would wear out but wanted consumers to pay for shipping and cost of replacement . Those that repurchased are those that did not want to wait and who knows why.
It's a possibility seeing as how they praised it like the next coming . Worst case it does happen they deal with it, learn and move. As for me am going to give my friends crap for praising it like school girls. Lol

Think lack of reviews is a backhanded slap to consumer and a low ball tactic to keep consumer obligated to a purchase of something that might turn out to be crap. Consumers should not allow this to become the norm they rally up and complain to FTC office about such low ball tactics by these companies involved.

Please they sided and started sucking up before the console was even released . Stop using the numbers like the deal was being made as the console sold .
