@ Outsider - that was one thing of the game i couldnt rationalise. Up to that moment i could put myself in Joels shoes but that part felt unnecessary an extreme for his character, killing unarmed ppl in cold blood. I remember myself just sitting there waiting for another possible action to progress the game.
Joel getting killed made a lot of sense to me when considering what he did and the effects of thos action to so many ppl, and even preventing the possibility of a cure.
The more i got to know Abbys srory and action i came to consider Ellie almost more the villian, not much unlike many would have seen Joel in first game after his killingspree at the end of the first game. I liked the game overall but was dissapointed how the made Ellie and think they should have steered in ...
Im not sure it will go the way they want if they raise the prices on games. I can take my last purchase as example , TLOU 2. I prefer digital nowdays but the price was 699 sek (swedish) on pSn but only 549:- on disc and i couldnt justify that price when i new i could get it quite cheaper elsewhere. Many people ju gonna wait for the price to drop more then today.
Actually i became more sympathetic towards Abby at the end and really didnt like Ellies change. I thought when Ellie came to the prison ND had a chance to wrap it up neetly by letting Ellie have a change of heart and join abby and Lev with the newly found fireflys in search for a cure as part of her survival guilt.
I play sitting down and it works fine and you dont need that much space. Though i bealive standing would ad to the immersion.
Yes
I think its been confirmed that both games will use the same engine.
This is exactly how i feel. Competition is good but Microsoft want to control the market and shape it as they see fit instead of goin in the direction most gamers want.
You should get it now. Its one of the best experiences i have had and i dont normaly like PvP-games. I do believe that this game will survive for some time but as you said its good to support good games.
And besides you can play Spiderman anytime since its a sp-game.
"Honestly I'll find it hard to go back to 2D shooters." This!!. Not only the gameplay and immersive surroundings in Vr , even the sound is perfect, you are really there, for example the map at the loadingdock where you can hear the birds and signal horn all around hits me every time.
Been playing since wednesday and cant stop playing. so fun and addictive (and i normaly dont enjoy PvP-games that much)
By that statement you are siding with Sony since the majority of players plays on Ps4? ;)
Many of these comments shows why i dont think cross-play is always such a good idea.. The toxicity against other brand but there own. Imagine this in a gamelobby :(
Co-op was really nice and i can imagine it be even better with a friend :)
Same here :). Looks good and the movement/aiming is much better then i expected.. Have tried a few co-op games and it was fun and hectic as hell!.
From person too person i guess. Thats good then that there is a free demo to try out before bying it.
My family had no bad experience with it so far. 13.15.41.41 and an 8-year old (a few min only for the youngest one)
Really like this game. Works even better with PS Move :).
My family ( 13, 15 and 2x41 years old) played it quite abit and i cant say anyone of us had any issue.
I´m actually amazed how well it handles VR :)
Same as me.
