buncha crybabies in here
D3 will kick ass, mods or not.
The same crap was said about the DS in its first year. Look where it is now.
This price drop was a smart move and I imagine it's going to end up selling like crazy over the holidays.
please explain how the actual game part of Catherine is worth a 9, somebody
Next: Red Faction: Resurrection
I will pre-order once I have some incentive to do so. Amazon will step forward sooner or later with a credit offer.
Mod Nation Racers invalidates the need for any more kart racers, on the PS3 at least.
Well as far as arcade racers go, NFS, Burnout, and Motorstorm are already more than enough... how many more do we really need?
And if I want to play a game like Mario Kart.. I'd rather just play Mario Kart.
Agreed... the gyroscope controls are optional.. how can an optional setting drop one of the best games ever made (made even better) from a 10 to an 8?
Otherwise, good review.
Its just an analogy. He isn't saying that's the whole purpose and meaning of Angry Birds.
Skyrim
Uncharted
Batman
Ico/SotC
Dark Souls
Diablo 3?
For me and nearly half of the population the problem is I already wear glasses. I don't like contacts, have had them before I just don't like to bother with them.
That said, I love 3D and I'm looking forward to the day that glassesless 3D is more capable of delivering the same kind of quality 3D.
Either that, or there will have to be prescription 3D glasses ;)
@ above
Though the platforming itself is nothing to write home about, the puzzle elements are pretty good.
All in all its a good game, definitely stands out from other dl games. Not worth $15 though imo.
PSN just needs shadow complex and splosion man (and Ms.) and I'll have no more xbla envy.
No More Heroes 2
Red Steel 2
Zack and Wiki
Okami
Boom Blox
World of Goo
Cave Story
Little Kings Story
Tatsunoko vs Capcom
Sin and Punishment
Monster Hunter Tri
Who would lose sleep over this
Because fanboys would rather "rinse repeat ad nauseam" their own bias than recognize that every established developer sticks to their popular and successful franchises, it's business 101.
Nintendo has just been the MOST successful at it when you consider the number of franchises and the longevity of many of them.
You mean games for everyone, not for "adults only"? There is a world of difference between "adults only", "kids only", and "everyone".
...Zelda, DK, Metroid, Pokemon, F-Zero, Kirby, StarFox, Animal Crossing, Pikmin, Advance Wars, Smash Bros, Fire Emblem, Punch Out...
Yep, that's such a tiny list there..
But also.. if you don't enjoy Mario (and by that I mean the canon platformers) then I really have nothing more to say to you than "you have my pity."
?
Have you never heard of Splosion Man? Its one of maybe 3 360 games (the others being Shadow Complex.. and... something..) that I wish would come to PSN.. well 3 + 1 more now that Ms. is here...
Ouch...
They should have made this game like Guerrilla.
Hell yeah. I hope this is a true sequel and not the same exact game.. there is a lot of room for improvement from the first.
