So you realize he was joking right? The demo is 576p, scroll down a bit and look at the follow up posts, including his own. However I have a hunch retail may be different, look down for my other post with the two screenshots.
The demo doesn't look *anything* like those screenshots. Something is going on with the demo.. even the HUD is completely different..

Fanboys *posting* hardly count, sorry. If they counted, they'd be receiving a paycheck for spouting their BS all over N4G.
Quote and link me a major journalist or Sony PR and I'll admit I'm wrong.
Every preview I've read has a cautiously optimistic overtone and that's about it. I've not read one article stating Haze is the second coming and saving grace for the PS3 in 2008.
Edit: Assclown20 the above applies to you as well.
Iron Man = The best movie I've seen in 2008.
Edit @ Below:
Since I work at a game studio my opinions of renting are probably a little skewed and biased lol.
Edit @ Kain81:
You're no longer my friend.
I usually only play through games once, I buy way too many to replay the same game.
Halo 1, 2, 3; Once.
COD4; Once.
Bioshock; Once... ect.
The thing is I got a good 13 hours out of it, which is $4.60 an hour, about the price of a movie ticket. I'll call that a good deal :).
Call of Duty 4 only gave me about 7 hours of single player but the Multiplayer saved it's ass. Would I say COD4 was more for the money? Yes, but I still feel Uncharted ...
Eh I feel Uncharted was well worth the money. I'll give you HS being too short though.
Who was sighting haze as part of the PS3's killer lineup for 2008 again? No one.
Breakfast,
I see what you did there..
My sarcasm detector is broken, are you serious?
Edit: How can people disagree with a question? *laughs*
That lighting rivals any serious CGI effort I've seen lately from Hollywood.
Color me VERY impressed. Day one purchase for me.
Edit @ the disagrees: Please show me an example of one full length CGI movie that has lighting more impressive than this?
Ubi is only publishing. Free Radical is designing and responsible for any f-ups.
I hope not... that's barely better than SDTV..
Edit: And if true, FR has been publishing some serious Bullshots.
My T.V. can reproduce color more effectively than yours.
My T.V. can reproduce fast movement clearer than yours.
My T.V. can display higher resolutions than yours.
My T.V. doesn't have the "rainbow" effect like yours.
Color is spelled color:

Rofl, Sorry but I worked in retail when that TV was "new" and that T.V. has a pretty awful picture. Even regular old Star Wars looked better on the Panasonic LCD projection that sat right next to it.
Edit: +1 TV Fanboy disagree. I win.
Edit @ Below: I disagree with the reviews written THREE years ago, yep. I also stick by my assessment of entire clusters of stars completely disappearing on that DLP when they were clearly visible on the LCD. LCD project...
Oh I'm buying the game. I'm a big fan of this team and I know I'll enjoy the co-op more than Army of Stink(Two). I just hope people won't write it off like the guy in this preview did based on the twenty minute demo.
A month? I bet this will be cracked just as fast as any other game.
I'd wait for the reviews of the game, something tells me the first level of the game is not indicative of the overall experience.
Edit: I don't believe my above statement is true for all games however. A lot of the previews I've read say the game ramps up when you're OUT of the suit.
I already have it on 360, but as stated above all this does is hurt sales. I buy every single game I play. All of them. I don't pirate anything. That being said, I would pirate this game just to avoid dealing with this copy protection.
Stardock has the right idea.
You're kidding right?
You realize if your game looks like *either* of those shots your TV needs some serious calibrating. That is WAY too dark for any kind of enjoyment let alone an unbiased fair comparison.
Same, I just don't understand what's going on with the media that's being released in contrast to the demo. The health, ammo, grenade, nectar, compass, and resolution (obviously) are all different in the two shots.
I really would like an explanation, I can't look at the demo for more than five minutes without getting a headache.. hell even Mario Kart looks cleaner on my LCD than Haze.
Edit @ Above:
Maybe it has something to do with my TV upscaling 480p ...
