You can already do this with Virtual Desktop and Xbox1 streaming. It works perfectly. You can also do it with PS4 and their remote play app. I've been doing most of my 2D gaming in VR lately.
The only reason I can think of why is that they want to fail. It's not even worth 5 or 6 hundred dollars. The GPU is roughly equivalent to the rx 480 that sells for $250 right now. The Scorpio isn't out for another year. How much will a rx480 cost by then? 200? $400 sounds like the right price for it.
I grew up snowboarding and have always been disappointed with the way that most snowboarding games handle powder as if there's no difference to the board's handling than groomed snow. This game at least seems to model powder somewhat correctly. Haven't actually tried it to see how it feels though. The only one that seemed to sort of do it right was 1080 on the N64.
I think that's why they're holding back on Zelda. I think they want to release that after the initial rush of sales to reinvigorate sales in the future.

Most Best Buys have lines around the store on Black Friday. One of the worst places to shop black friday. The deals are decent but F waiting in line for 3 hours.
Oh I know, I didn't mean the game itself looks shitty, I meant the models all kind of look low poly and the textures are low res almost as if it were supposed to be a PS3 game. I love Ueda's games Ico and Shadow of the Colussus are absolute classics.
I hope so because the footage they've shown on regular PS4 looks shitty.
I'm a news photographer for a local station and I get double time for working Thanksgiving plus an extra vacation day to use whenever I want. I don't mind working the holiday. I doubt people at these stores have the same luxuries though.
60 is too much for me for a 4 hour walking simulator. Amazon has it for $31 if you have Prime. I would have rather gotten it digitally, but screw paying $60.
Who cares what you fake gamers that seem to buy things because other people are buying it think. I bought my Vita because it has tons of fun Japanese and Indie games and they're still coming out regularly. You can say it's dead all you want I'll still have had hundreds of hours of fun with it.
