I feel like if you released a game exactly like Unreal it would do this bad or worse. People see those chunky character designs and just say "oh it's one of those games, pass".
And the characters all look like Unreal characters, a game no one has cared about for several years. This game just looks like a dinosaur even if it does have some new and interesting gameplay it just LOOKS so average.
I guess cliffy should go sit in his Lamborghini and have a good cry. I think his main problem is everyone moved on from Quake and Unreal a long time ago and this game just looks like more Quake and Unreal at a glance.
If they released it with PC VR support I would have bought it. As it is now it might as well not exist.

VR is F'ing great. It's worth the cost of admission for driving games and porn alone. Lone Echo and Echo Arena are two of the best games I've ever played. It opens the doors for all kinds of awesome new gameplay and yet people crap all over it. Why? I can only assume it's because they can't afford it so they convince themselves it sucks rather than be jealous.
Because they know it's not going to sell so they're going with the Nintendo strategy of manufactured scarcity.
People like you suck. VR is one of the most amazing advancements in games ever and you just shit all over it. I've had my Rift for over a year now and have had tons of awesome gaming experiences. More than most consoles in their first year. While the PSVR isn't as good as the Rift there's plenty of fun stuff on it. People like you always want more. When is it enough 500 games in a year? A thousand?
I wouldn't know. It's not in VR so it doesn't exist to me.

I think it's so they can play online on their Xboxes. Not sure why you have to ask that. If you play on console and want to play multiplayer you pretty much have to.
Wow normally they only release a few shovelware titles every week, but this week it's as if they're shoveling shovelware at us.
I won't be playing any further Forza games until they support VR. Non VR driving games no longer exist to me.
Don't get me wrong, those games are fun, but I think that the gaming community has largely moved on from them. There will still be some sort of niche audience, but apparently it's not big enough to support Lawbreakers.
