This game looks great I just hope its something more than Borderlands with better graphics.
I would change the way the dashboard is layed out. It's way too unintuitive if you don't feel like using voice commands, which I usually don't. Seems like a step back from 360.
I think in this case the term hardcore refers to people who are willing to shell out over $800 to play VR games. I whill be picking up a Rift, but I'm not so sure about this thing yet.
No i didn't have the first one, but I heard this one is much more geared towards being an instructional tool.
I liked how Joel kept clowning Geoff about how many layers he had on.
I just bought this new one. It's awesome.
You're part of the problem
Pointless
The game deserves at least a 7. I understand that as a reviewer it's cool to shit on a company's big exclusive shooter, so congratulations, job well done.
60% of the game is 100% done.
I bought both and I'd have to say I prefer the PS4. The interface is less of a mess and as of now it plays games at a higher resolution. Also on XB1 Battlefield crashes to the desktop all the time. That might be to do with Battlefield itself though.
I do think I prefer the controller on the Xbox though. The vibrating triggers feel awesome on Forza and I like how the handles feel better. Overall they're both pretty decent machines, can't wait for Infamous and Titanfall.
Why does no one seem to know when this is coming out in the US?
It's just not very good. It feels more like a first draft than a finished product.
I really hate the UI on it. I find myself using the voice commands not because I want to, I just don't want to find anything with the interface. Also, why does everything have to be apps? Why cant I just hit the X on the controller and have it bring up the interface where I could easily go to anything like on the 360?
Just right for who? Not for me.
I couldn't play most of the PS3 and 360 games in 3D. The lowered resolution just made them too blurry and gave me a headache. Wipeout on PS3 was pretty good though. I have A PC with 3D Vision hooked up to my 60 inch TV, that's really the way to go, but I'm hoping these new consoles have some good 3d games too. Trine's a good start.
I'm sure they'll put the option to disable it in a future system update. I don't really have a problem with it myself.
I got an extra controller and a charging stand so I always have a controller charged and ready. Although I've never had one die on me while playing so it doesn't really matter.
The 3D is worth it. One of the best looking 3D games available.
Saints Row 4 sucked in just about every way possible.
