I am absolutely amazed that they designed a console that can't even play current games at 1080p. It seems like that would be the standard to shoot for when they were putting it together, instaed they decided to cheap out on components so that they could throw in a stupid camera. Whoever designed the Xbone should be fired. That being said I am a sucker for owning all platforms so I bought one and I am eagerly looking forward to Titanfall.
I think the game still could be good at 7v7. The only problem comes when the winning team all has titans and the losing team has none. They pretty much just get hosed for the rest of the game. I'm wondering if that isn't the main reason for the low player count. Also with too many people shooting at you it wouldn't be very fun to do parkour all over the place.
Lately ive been experimenting firing a slaved missiles volley and then charging in to close quarters and popping electrified smoke and fishing with chaingun. Its been pretty effective at breaking down a titan quickly
It's amazing to me that Microsoft was so stupid they designed their new console to be unable to run even the first wave of next gen games in 1080p let alone games coming in the next few years. Did they fell running at 1080 wasn't going to be important? If you ask me running at 1080 and at least 30fps should have been their target from the start.

It actually plays a lot less like Call of Duty than I expected.
I was hoping they would use the extra time and budget from not having to do a single player campaign to make a ton of maps, but I guess not. If they did they will probably be selling them to us as DLC.
They definitely could if they lowered the price to $100 less than the PS4. As it is now, I doubt it. They may be able to gain some ground but I doubt they will dominate. After Titanfall they don't really have any big exclusive system sellers for quite a while.
It takes Square quite a while to find new and exciting ways to make a game suck. With Final Fantasy 13 it was super linear levels and a battle system that plays for you. With 15 it looks like it will be scrapping the battle system all together in exchange for some kind of action RPG hack n slash garbage.

Oculus is not 1080 in each eye. It uses 1 1080p screen that is split in half so it is half 1080 in each eye.

I would buy another Vita if they released a nice metal and glass slim version similar in design to something like an iphone. Also do away with the proprietary memory and add an SD card slot. or stop being bastards and charge a fair price for vita memory cards.
