Very few games have a locked fps. Xbox one will likely be locked. 360 will target 30 and probably go down a bit.

I agree with everything about why we enjoy these games.
But dude..have you actually looked at the textures in recent games...all recent games use good lighting to hide how ugly the textures actually are. Anyone who disagrees should take a look again and then compare close up screenshots.
Halo 5 got closeups....why doesn't assassins creed or call of duty or uncharted collection.
Anyone who isn't ignorant knows textures are generally poor across all game...
No more news is needed for this game. The e3 Bethesda presentation should have been enough.
Bugs: there will be bugs. There are bugs in 98% of games out there this game is no different.
Graphics: they do not look last gen. And the engine is not what makes the difference. I already see better textures or textures as good as recent games. Graphics look amazing and they are a jump from past Bethesda games.

As for as not leveraging the power of the Xbox...not sure what people expect. The graphics themselves are a huge leverage...probably the fps will be different as well. Also the resolution perhaps. There could also be effects and physics disabled on the 360
This article simply shows screenshots. It doesn't go into details like digital foundry would. So unsure as to why anyone can make silly assumptions out of this.
I agree halo 5 wasn't as stunning as we would like.

But you can tell with some of halo 5 areas how beautiful the game is and how much better it could have looked if they kept it at 30fps.
I don't know why people are surprised that the 360 holds up so well.
Tomb raider came out on the 360 and it had the best graphics of the generation. Also the engine is essentially the same.
Then hopefully they sell a lot of quantum , recore, scale bound , sea of thieves, gears and crackdown and that they continue to announce new console or permanent exclusives.
It's not about winning. It's about the games. Healthy competition is good but this is getting ridiculous.
There's a ton of bias. Not that you should mention it. It's good to be the better man and not mention it. We know the truth and that should be enough.

The only one that pissed me off in your list is shenmue 3. The idea of that being a ps console exclusive ticks me off almost as much as tomb raider but at least it's timed

These are games I know are coming next year and will be big. Horizon may flop because of the studio it's coming from but it will still sell a lot from all the hype and graphics. Still kind of waiting to actually see more gameplay instead of essentially the same gameplay 3 different ways.

Depends on a ton of things. Between the consoles the Xbox had a great start gamewise. But the ps4 has more exclusive support.
It comes down to what games you're into.
