Did it make the ps3 a bad console because of it? If anything it made it better because it forced it to pump out exclusives in order to survive.
Just to be clear. I know a lot of Sony fans have trouble reading anything good about ms and they just lose their minds but I said it's doing better this time around compared to the 360 which was the point of the comment I responded to.

I played both and like tomb raider more.
The gameplay is more fun for me that's it.
I can also say I like dishonored more then halo. The gameplay I find more fun in dishonored. Doesn't make halo any less fun then it already is or uncharted any less good then it is.

Well not everyone can afford buying a system for that one game.
This is as bad as tomb raider if not worse since its permanent. and yet no one is shutting on PlayStation the way they did on ms regarding tomb raider.
Engagement is actually a better measurement. As well as number of Xbox live accounts being active.
Here's why:
It's a simple case of limited edition consoles. Many people who already have an Xbox or PlayStation also go out to buy the limited editions. I was very tempted to do the same recently and I've never thought of doing that before. But I do know individuals who've bought and sold a ps4 or Xbox multiple times.

Only flaw in you assessment is the Xbox has been pumping console exclusives from the start this gen. It had so many in the beginnning the only draught was this year until now.
I have the PlayStation as well and only bought it for exclusives. Not Indies or multiplats. So far I've been slightly disappointed.
I've had more fun playing ori and halo5 then I've had with any other game this year. Except for the witcher.
In the console exclusivity department the xbox one is doing so much better this time around.
It's still a bc service. I see the difference. But it is still technically the same goal. Just a different method of reaching it.

I've just recently replayed all the uncharted in the collection and was left quite disillusioned. Also just recently played tomb raider and was left very hyped and excited for this one. Fans should learn critiquing skills as it's very important in life.

Ever since Sony got first place they've been very proud. Too proud. Know what happens with a huge pride....eventually you'll take a hit that really hurts.
I can't wait for that to happen because I prefer the humility and outstanding game delivery from ps3 end era.
I certainly hope that's true. Personally I preferred tomb raider over uncharted. UC 4 if it's like the previous ones will have enemy waves like crazy and dumb ai.
Sure it'll look pretty and play pretty but I prefer tomb raider gameplay more.

Just played the collection and forgot how disappointed I was with the constant waves of enemies and repetitive gameplay.
I only play uncharted for the story and characters.
Tomb raider for me has more compelling and engaging gameplay that allows always for new and different outcomes. The story may not be as good but I actually liked the first tomb raider overall more then the uncharteds.

The amount of disagrees I see are pathetic. It is fact. Sony screws gamers just as much as Microsoft. I don't care who started what. Point is both do shady deals that cater to themselves and not gamers. Fanboys please open your eyes and enjoy both consoles' games.
