I'm thinking the samething but I've seen some crazy shit happen lately so I wouldn't be surprised if this was combined effort from most the major isps. Also depending on were you live you my not have to many options a lot of Isps have set up local monopolies. Bottom line if they throttle my connection I'm not paying for it period I'll go back to no internet before I pay for something that determines when and how I can enjoy it.
I doubt it the game is still selling and Disney hasn't ever shown a strong interest in gaming I don't think that's going to change even now that the have more popular licenses. Same I've got a pretty big back log of games to play on the system myself. I think people forget that Gravity rush and Tearaway started as Vita exclusives the system has a number of great games and Japanese developers are still making games for it a decent amount make it state side.

Yakuza 6 and Monster Hunter(I know its not exclusive) are day one for me. I need to see a little more of God of war, SpiderMan, Detroit: Become Human and Days Gone but I'm still probably going to pick them all up eventually love the diversity.

I'm going to buy it but I would of rather had a follow up to infamous.
There is alot of stuff that could be a game because of time skips between titles, if you look at the lore they could easily make a game about the team that failed in 3 like Reach.
I hate how everyone acts like Killzone only has one good game in the series. Shadow Fall, Mercenaries and Liberation are all great Killzone games and 3 had a better campaign than the 2 on top that Operations was insanely fun and original only online game mode with cutscenes.
Because they know gamer's bark is worse than there bite. People have been saying f**** EA for years but their games keep selling. A broken Battlefield 4 almost sold Two million in it's first week and Battlefield 1 did even better.
There is no such thing as a perfect game everybody seems to understand this but Nintendo fanboys. This is why I like older reviewers you should not see games rated 10/10 EVERY FEW MONTHS. If it's 10/10 that means it's something truly special ONCE A GENERATION, now days anything that's beyond decent can get a perfect score from SOMEONE.
