It's one of the many reason I love Bethesda. Look at their E3 conference last year. They let the fans know exactly what they were getting and didn't tweak the visuals to deceive the masses. You may not like the graphics in Fall Out 4, but their honestly up front of how the game looks is much appreciated.

I hope RD2 is being revealed at E3 but only time will tell. A lot of fake rumours are floating around out there, RD2 could or couldn't be one of them, we'll see.
There's definitely still room with Jack Marston. Revenge took place but the story could go on with John Marstons son.

We're clearly thinking of different games because I got the Division at launch and its a lot different now then on release. They keep adding things that are making the game not how it was advertised. This rope cutting in the DZ is one of many examples.
