They presented a slight subjective issue like an enormous mistake. That Mitch guy is not even horror fan at all , and they made him do preview. He basically cried like a baby over something not even important in a game like this. Its an action-horror shooter/adventure , its not some kind of fear simulation and main goal of the game is bringing the emotion to the player himself to feel , no character on screen needs to scream and shout about stuff. Hes a strong man and detective not some cryba...
@pozzle this is hardly an issue and IGN brings it up like some HUGE disaster , so many games are similar in that area. And if you just see the trailer you will notice how correct IGN was when they say character does not talk. You also need to understand what happened before as demo was probably somewhere mid-game, and most of all need to understand character himself , but its a game about the player not character , someone clearly has forgotten those kind of games..
Did any SH character did ? RE? Dead Space? No , that doesn't prove nothing. And also there might be higher settings with less ammo and guns and who knows...He doesnt need to show emotions its a game not a movie, emotion is reserved for player
Their problem , they are perfectly playable and enjoyable , i happen to finished them just two weeks ago on PS2 MGS3 version. They also happen after Phantom Pain so Kojima next move could be remaking those.

i actually haven't played a decent FPS single player in years too. this one seems to be good. last FPS i did was BF4 , it's was basically a suffer-trough just to get those bonus guns i must admit i never even used lol...
can we play and see for ourselves? i don't know if that vast majority understands the game or maybe they are simply some COD fans disappointed there aren't any killstreaks in game. I will see in august when i get it.

Also this comparison on internet is not the real thing, ps3 sc is from the game and ps4 is from youtube video. Best wait for direct screens to see real difference.
