I bought the WiiU for my youngest son for Xmas. My oldest has a PS4 he got in July for his birthday, he had an Xbox 360. However if I were going to buy a console for Xmas, I would have went X1 all the way, because of the price. That extra cash savings is another controller, game, etc.

After you posted I was thinking if it were even possible. I don't think it can be because of the controller. I wouldn't mind it going to any platform, however.
It is not pay to win, it might make you advance quicker, but you get no bonuses over regular joes.
EDIT: WOT has more of a pay to win because you can buy gold rounds.........
I prefer WT for tanks than WOT and I have a 8,8 cm Pak 43 Jagdtiger in WOT. I feel WOT is more arcade than WT. Plus if you have a lag death in WT, you have more tanks to come back.

This game is awesome, maybe not to you. But there are tons of people that play.
Damn now I am torn. I have a 290x and was going to buy my sons one each. I might still do it. But I always like Nvidia and might sell my 290x and buy 3 of these.
