12 hour 24 min in here, played with friends, we are all lvl 13. darkzone rank 8. That person can not have enjoyed the game at all. We are not even taking it slow while playing and have lots of exploring, side jobs, and what not left, and a majority of the main story of course.
Great game but not for everyone. You almost have to play with friends for it to work, the coop is so much more fun, making strategies, synchronizing your skills, have a tank that keep aggro, a healer, while your attackers tries to flank the enemies critpoints.
Also, it is not a standard cover based shooter, it is a RPG through and through, if you don't enjoy rpg mechanics like aggro, critpoints, itemstats and so on, it really isn't for you, if you are looking for a...
Got that error, just pressed rejoin a couple of times and it worked.
Sli seem to be wonky, as it usually is with new games, give nvidia a driver update or two. Also the game is better optimized than the beta, my fps went up 4-5 ish. Not much, but enough for me to up my settings a little.

That is not entirely true, a good 280x can get over 60 fps in bf 3, but falls under 60 fps in multiple games like hitman absolution, far cry 3 and so on, it is in no way good enough for the newest games if you want ultra and 60 fps. 960 is a better alternative, but you wont be maxing games like witcher 3 on 60 fps, but you will get graphic noticeable better than consoles with higher fps. There are so many benchmarks to read if you want the exact numbers.
Well for a budget pc where you are willing to turn down some settings, it is enough. Here you can see that it add a couple of fps in some games, while some have very slight changes in fps. I found it to be fun when i played it alone but loved it when i played with friends, I did not think I would like it at all but since the first beta ended I have done nothing but thinking about playing it, I can't remember the last time i was this addicted to a game.
The game have choices which lead to different dialogues, but nothing that changes the ending or the main story.
Keep in mind that there are indoors area and also a lot of instances, so it is hard to tell just how big the playable area is.
The game is very pretty, it has an incredible amount of dynamic props and what not lying around the map, the lightning effects and especially weather effects with snow that melts in fire and snowstorms and what not is amazing to look at.
You can always optimize more, but the fact that I can play this with high settings on a gtx 680 soc means that they have optimized it very well.
Looks good, they may be sharpening it too much, works for some textures, other become very weird.
Actually they are adding a lot of free content. Season pass owner gets the operators 1 week early, but the maps and so on are free for everyone and operators can be unlocked in game. They are adding free content all through the year. It really is surprisingly great for ubisoft.

I agree that the beta lacked content, some crafting, 1-2 perks and what not would have been enough to at least make it feel like the real game. But with that said, I had quite a bit of fun, especially when i started teaming up.
We had very different experience in the dark zone btw, i spent perhaps 8 hours in the darkzone, i was killed once. The amount of times players helped each other, revived me and what not after a npc killed me was uncountable times.
They have a whole 1 year free dlc plan, including maps and operators, nothing will be behind a paywall except the ugly skins
I don't think this is the case, the joke and insult that was hitman absolution killed all the hype for every single upcoming hitman games until they redeem themselves.
huh? why rainbow six? all their upcoming DLC is free? The only thing you can buy for real money is skins that make your weapons look 93693 times worse and 5% xp bonus that does nothing.

I heard that it is like that on hard to deny powerleveling. If you play normal it will scale to the average of the group. Havent tested it myself, but maybe worth trying.
