Something like a zalman neo case, msi970a motherbord, xfx ts 550w powersupply, 16gb ddr 3, munshkin enchanted or whatever, amd fx 8300, preferable something better but we are on a budget totals to 358 usd. add 220-240 usd for a rx 480 with 8gb ram. Add keybord, mouse, windows and what else you need/want. and voila a gaming pc that can play most games on ultra/high in 1080p.

Its quite old. You most likely need to overclock your cpu if you don't want to switch out exactly everything in it. The biggest problem is your graphic cards. I would wait for the 1070 card and get one of those.
It is actually more than 1 million dps. There is a bug where you switch item really fast and if you have a weapon with a bugged talent they will stack, so you can get 100 of millions of damage and one shoot the APC in the incursion or kill anyone in the DZ just spraying.
When it comes to gold items it is scored by heighest possible roll. Let's say that you find a level 220 gear score item. Max firearm can be 600. But it is random between 500-600. If you get a perfect roll it will always be better than a 205 gear score item, which might have 400-550 firearm. But if you get a super bad roll on the 220 item, it can be worse. I have played 140ish hours, been killed by other players maybe 5 times. Killed 30 rogues. Many of those kills were the same people. Dying as rogue is very punishing, it is in general not worth doing it, that is why the majority never go rogue, and if someone do the entire server starts to hunt them. I love the Division, all 5 of these points are true. Hopefully the patch coming on thursday will help with making the darkzone more fun, higher level enemies will have better droprates and what not, you will not lose as much when dying and being rogue will not be punished as hard, which make it more fun for people like me who love hunting rogues.
The midas was super op at release, they patched it. Now it is awful, the yellow Vector you can buy in the base is a lot better.
You can complain every single mission by yourself on the standard difficulty. If you want to play on hard/challenge, just press match make, put in your difficulty and press quick match make and you are in a party within a minute.
It is hard but it is not so hard that you can complete it with a couple of randoms and lots of patience. Me and one friend of me have beaten all of them multiple times. The only one that is really hard is the Russian institution but mostly because you underrate how far you have to retreat to battle the shotgun blitzers.

Be careful with the fire rate % add on, yes, the dps number is increased a lot, but your weapon will become incredible unstable and you will miss more than you hit if you are not in melee range. The crit %, crit damage or just plain damage seem to be the most effective way to increase dps without murdering your aim.
It is not a MMO. It is a game with strong solo/co-op focus. You are alone in the world outside of hubs. You can play the open world with friends/randoms if you invite them to your party. This weapon was incredible op, game breaking in fact. You got a signature skill, it got a 15 minute cooldown, but can be made shorter if you kill a lot of enemies. One signature skill give you 80% damage block and other buffs. With this weapon, and some crit % gear, you could make the 15 minute cool down spell have as little as a couple of second cool down, making you immortal as long as you have enemies to shoot at.
If you want to play current and future games in 4k, 60fps or close wait for the 1080 TI. since the benchmarks for 1080 is really promising but does not reach all the way. If you want to play 2k or 1080p in 140fps get a 1080. If you want to play current game in 1080p/2k on ultra in 60 fps get a 1070. If you are on a budget and wanna play current game in close to max settings at 1080p get a rx 480. If you wanna play dx 12 game exclusively that support crossfire, get 2 in the future.
