A huge part of the experience is playing with a wheel. I used to play with the controller from GT1 to GT3. But with GT4, me and a friend chipped in on a driving force pro.
It's a whole new world, a fantastic point of view. No one to tell us no, or where to go. Now that I found a whole new world with youuuu.. GT44444...
Yeah that's pretty much how I felt.
And now with GT5, it's as close as it's going to get to the real track. ...
I'm not really surprised.
More adults that love GT will buy it. Whiners and babies will complain that you cant rewind, while people who LOVE CARS not just games will find a lot to offer from GT5.
While I agree that the Move is great at what it does, I'm still waiting for better software to take advantage of the accuracy.
Like I said and will keep saying. GT5 is for enthusiasts that know how to appreciate racing and cars.
For those that's looking for a more arcadey fast and furious experience complete with rewind features, Forza 3 is your bet.
Actually I've also been playing NFS Hot Pursuit and its an excellent game in its own right. Because it aims to be an arcadey racer and it does it so well. So I can appreciate those kind of games too.

That's not all that impressive. That guy has no steering control and is very jerky. In drifting, being smooth while at full lock is impressive.
I remember looking at some other peoples GT5P drifting clips and they are like D1 drivers.
