Ok I have seen Blu-Ray and yes it does look fantastic. No doubts there. But I FEEL it isn't as significant as the jump from VHS to DVD was. Can I seriously freaking state my opinion without someone slashing all my bubbles? Come on guys, have some dignity. That's just my opinion. Since N4G is 60/40 on Sony/Microsoft, would I get my bubbles taken away if I said I like Windows 7? I do, I really do, but saying I like anything Microsoft means I got a 60% of getting my bubbles taken away. I wish N4G would do something about it. I can't believe people don't realize this situation. The game isn't even finished yet, not to mention it's an MMORPG, and the focus is on story and voice acting. Website's like this have no insight into gaming journalism. Very poor news article (the source I mean). Good job to the submitter though.
I can't believe they expected this to have amazing graphics. Are you people retarded? It's an MMORPG. Even for modern day ones though, it still looks pretty good. I don't think you realize how big this game is going to be. Do you have ANY idea how huge the voice-over project is? And PLUS, it's not even out yet! God knows what kind of polish Bioware will give it before it's released. Give them a break man.

Truth be told: It's all the same! Sequels or DLC... not the point. With AW, certain DLC could appeal to you if your in-game choices apply to that specific "branched adventure". People think that just b/c Alan Wake has been in development since 2005, it's going to be out of date. Quite the contrary my friends... Remedy has learned to perfect the GFX technology from the 2005-2009 period.
While other companies just kept updating, Remedy learned to master what they alread...

This guy is a joke.
He used to live a few miles from my house in Salt Lake. He spoke at local conventions on a regular basis. This man has some fascinating theories, but his ideas always turn out to be wrong. His predictions are more innaccurate than the ones made 40 years ago - like back in the 60's when everybody thought living in the year 2000 would be similar to The Jetsons cartoon show. Flying cars, robot maids, all that sh*t.
