Exactly what i just wrote....signing an exclusivity deal for a game was the best way for them to secure some funding to keep studio open.
Eidos was having a lot of financial problems lately from what I heard, thief that flopped and the next deus ex taking too long to develop...tomb raider did well in sales but not as good as they would have hoped....signing an exclusivity deal was apparently an unnavoidable way to secure funding quickly to keep studio afloat.....

if you bought any console and sold it after a week...you really have money to waste...It's kind of hard to see everything in any console in just a week.
I personally think sony were a lot more ready to launch their console than Microsoft from what was said last year. I had heard that Sony caught Microsoft off guard when they did their reveal in february 2013. Knowing some people who are devs told me they didnt get the dev kits until last minute for xbox while sony were in their hands for a while already. Being an xbox gamer mostly, I can say the console is already a lot better than it was at launch. Great competition really improves both ...

I personally never tried them...but I heard great things about them so I will keep a look out for them. I have been playing sixty second shooter prime on xbox one which seems to be sort of similar? what do you guys think?
Heard through a friend that they were looking for a partner to fund the studio(and an exclusivity was the way to get the most money quickly) since eidos is not doing too good financially apparently, first game did not reach their sales objective... If that's the true reason, I personally wish they were more straightforward with why they sided with one company instead of saying how great a partner they are...unfortunatly in the end gamers get penalized if they do not own an xbox console. ...
I personally sold my copy of BF4 an Fifa 14 and Best Buy gave me 35$ for them so it basically paid for one year of EA access. I guess if you have both games, selling them makes it worth it and now no more disc swapping which is very nice.
In answer to BiggerBoss ...I might be wrong but the last numbers given by sony were not for the year but were trimestrial so their developments costs were not included...I think they were included in their previous trimestrial report...Will have to wait for a whole year report from them to really compare anything

Yes you can queue them up on xbox.com and the moment you connect your new console, you will get all the queued games...I hope you have no internet download limit :P
I don't want to talk too fast but it seems a bit short considering we already did 5-6 missions in the beta. Unless the following missions are a lot longer. However, I personally really loved the beta and had a blast going through it with a bunch of friends. I hope they on later mission make your fireteam bigger than 3 players though. It was a little problematic playing with friends if you did not want to do pvp.
The games for gold was changed only on xbox one to more of a rental program. The 360 you get to keep te games.

well they gotta answer to the numbers unfortunatly...and giving the option to people to buy just the console for 399$ is ok i guess...They need to have same price as Sony cause there are people that simply don't want to pay that 100$ more for kinect...

that's the problem...people assume that gamers are the only market there is....in fact were only a small slice of the pie....a very vocal one though...Obviously, at 499, only core gamers that are interested in the content xbox has to offer will invest but most people are playing wait and see (price drop, more content, better bundle...)
I am pretty sure it will eventually come to xbox one...isnt microsoft going for the one experience across all devices? Its probably not the priority for he system but will sure make a nice addition..
