I think it's fake as well. It looks exactly like the GoW Collection cover, plus only US covers have that "Only on PlayStation" thing at the top. Hell, Sly Cooper Collection's cover doesn't even look like that.
If it does turn out to be real, then they should've been a bit more creative, imo. I want an epic looking cover, not some bland shite that's been copied from another game.

Also, by features I meant things that we'd actually use. The in-game XMB is one of them and hell, cross game chat would be another. The reason you can't remember any other features is because there are none.

@Substance: I'm one of those that still has PS2 games. I have over 40 and I can't play them because my PS2 broke. I can't get a PS2 where I live because the shops don't sell them anymore and I refuse to buy one on ebay due to past experiences with buying consoles from that shit site.
