Well, they could probably achieve Killzone 2 graphics if they stripped the game of all it's multiplayer features.
Reach's probably going to have split-screen and a map editor like Halo 3 and all that take resources.

It's not a 360 exclusive, it's also on the PS3. We should be happy we get a games that's better than X, it only means BETTER games for everyone, especially when the game is multiplatform.
