When it comes to console ports on PC is mainly due to negotiations between the console manufacturer and the game developer to prevent the PC version of the game be better than the console version of the game.

I do should point out that game developers need to stop releasing half ass PC ports or handicapping games due to being released on consoles. Is just a proven fact that console gamers (MAJORITY not all) do not like complex games; hence, no rts, mmo, or simulation games on consoles. I agree except for the PS4 Neo. The Neo is a waste of resources, time, and 💰. Sony should focus on improving PlayStation Now by making it affordable and allowing all Playstation games on the service. Playstation Now will replace consoles sooner than later only if Sony makes Playstation Now affordable and it allows to download all of Playstation games (yes even PS4 games).
