Totally agree. Sony need to seriously sort their advertising out for a great many products and not just this. I'm looking forward to this product but I suspect marketing it might be difficult given the Wii's success. Perhaps everyone will say 'oh, it's just like the wii and I have one already'. Perhaps won't be a system seller (not that they claimed that anyway)
I'm not sure who will buy it though ... I have a Wii I hardly touch but are there really good games that will take advantage of this tech? If it's in the article, apologies, just 'busy' at work
Agreed!
I for one am sick and tired of second rate authors criticising what is, quite frankly, one of the best and well written and well thoughtout gaming stories I have played. It speaks about war economies - something that can't be ignored in the current times. He says he was 'deeply disturbed' - what can I make of this comment? He also says he has a problem with the "obsession with eloquence" in the game. Seriously ... you're playing a game with great graphics, solid voice acting and a t...
Articles are so melodramtic these days. Using extra words like 'grand failure' ... honestly. I bet the author used to throw his toys out of the pram. I'm buying one since I don't have PSP as yet.
The article also says that there is the chance to win an awesome Rag Doll Kung Fu fish rug. A character wearing a unique pair of Rag Doll Kung Fu trousers will be hiding around PS Home for two weeks. If you find this avatar and say ‘Fists of Plastic’, you'll get sent a promotion code for the rug as a prize. Get hunting!
I find the music in Rag Doll Kung Fu addictive. Driving me bonkers. Good game though ...
It does go on to say that "the application caches around the last 25 videos streamed meaning you won’t have to re-stream all of your videos meaning more bandwidth free for gaming!"
Lucky for me I have unlimited net access (subject to fair usage policy ofcourse)
lol there must have been something seriously wrong with his sister if her 'lady products' resembled ghost traps! Poor girl ...
On topic ... I must admit, I'm looking forward to Ghostbusters ... who ya gonna call?
I am a secret watcher of wild life shows I'm afraid. I'm also a keen photographer so I'd love to get out there and take pics of all the creepy crawlies and those big cats. Oh and the crocodiles. And elephants. And Cheetah's. Ooooooo I'd be in heaven! :)
I'd actually love to play this game. Cheaper than going on safari (obviously not better) and I love all things in nature :)
It was a platform game. You can actually play it: http://www.repton3.co.uk/ch...
I used to play it on the Acorn Electron (if you've ever heard of that!)
I'd like to see my old childhood fave 'Chuckie Egg' in glorious HD. I'd get it in a heart beat :)
I don't mean to rub any salt into a fellow gamer's wound but ... it's brilliant ;)
I was so surprised at how instantly the videos play. Not sure how they do it. Seems quicker than normal streaming ... anyone?
I must admit, I was really amazed at how well it works - making lots of playlists already :)
Keeps crashing due to high levels of demand (so it says) I have to wait a few moments before restarting the app. Poo
I don't think it does I'm afraid ... sorry. Will let you know how good it is though :)
Not particularly a big secret lol
I don't buy many games when they're released - but this is going to be a day one purchase for me :)
It's quite normal to try competitors products - it happens in every business. Why the big deal? I'm pretty sure Turn 10 have more than one copy of GT lying around ...
Agreed ... the stated price point made me wince. 200 would make it more palatable
And I don't seem to have this fabled BBC iPlayer button that will work ... has something gone wrong? Do I have to do something to download it like vidzone? It's not on the PS Store ... help!
