It's a multiplayer game so there will be people playing as counselors and 1 playing as Jason.
The only thing I care about in that list is Outlast 2. MAYBE Final Fantasy XV if it turns out to be good. I'll wait for reviews & a PC version first though.
The developers did a good job of ranking the games already. The 1st one is the best and the 6th one is the worse (until the 7th one comes out).

It's pretty easy. You buy the good games that come out on time and you wait for big sales on those that don't.
It's about a good thing as RE4 as it lead to a downward spiral of action games. New direction for RE is always a bad thing. Go back to the old direction back when the games were good.

It's not a Resident Evil game and the only reason it has VR support in the first place is because they developed the game with VR in mind and that's why it's a first-person game instead of a real Resident Evil game.
This isn't Resident Evil 7. It's just a VR cash-in. I'll wait until it flops and then get it on PC at like $10 & download a 3rd person mod.

They show a bit of the counselor gameplay in the premier trailer for the game. Abilities like range of teleport and such were buffed up really high just to showcase abilities in the trailer so don't expect it to be that buff on release.
