When I saw how much the console and games cost online it might as well already be scalped. The console price is basically the same as the PS5 and the games cost twice as much as I usually spend.
If they did it would make sense to begin with a free demo to iron out the bugs, similar to Go Forza 6 Apex edition.
It's a shockingly high price. Of course I'm not going to buy it yet.
Would've been nice if they included a couple of new side quests.
In the flip side, the SD has finally released in Australia and I have no interest in paying that much for an old device. I'd be better off getting a laptop.

Doesn't matter if you own live service games from Ubisoft as they'll shut them down 9 years later anyway without providing an offline mode or community server. eg The Crew 1
Then those devs who leave or are left behind will form into new studios, make new games and be acquired again, this repeating the cycle.

Tempted to get an A95K as the prices drop but what were they thinking with that stand that prevents you using a soundbar. So either I get something to prop it up or wait for the new A95L to release.

Who said anything about last gen hardware? It's more likely that a new Nintendo device is expected to be revealed soon.
I understand that to mean the amount of time between announcement of a release date and launch will be shorter than usual.
Don't forget to factor selling your old GPU in the calculations. You might still be correct.
