Yeah I know, people keep acting like he made Rising, when he didn't and has said so many many times. It get's annoying.
So this the N4G bias I've always heard about. People blame Kamiya for Rising's story even though he didn't even develop Rising. Kenji Saito was responsible for that and that story wasn't even written by Kojima, it was written by Etsu Tamari who still wrote Revengeance with Kenji Saito.
If you think the story is lame now, it would have probably have been just as lame before Revengeance since they had the same writer.
Kojima was just a producer...

Have you seen the last few trailers of GTAV. There seems to be a good amount of comedy mixed into this new one. Quirky is how I would describe GTAV right now.
