this game isn't meant to play by yourself. Sure you can have fun by yourself, but the main reason why this game is fun, is enjoying it with someone right next to you. May it be creating, or just going through the millions of levels that are being created. I don't think it's just this genre, style of game. I do think this game will last, because it's enjoyable, whether you're a hardcore or not. So enjoy it with others.
Digital Distribution huh? At least promote HDD so people will know more about that. Or get rid of the Arcade and sell the 20gb for 199. I think that would be great.
Well, I guess we wait for GDC 09 then.
I don't get it, why does Microsoft PR talk so much? If they going to do it, at least be professional about it. Every week, someone just have to smack talk.
I wouldn't mind a sequel to that game. Anyway, Sony has capable 1st party RPG developers. It's just a matter of when more games come out that are RPG games. I wouldn't mind another "Skies of Arcadia" from sega too.
No duh it's boring if you're watching it. Geez, at least some people are "interested" in watching it. For those people who says it's boring watching it, go play it instead, and if you don't have the beta, try getting one(never give up) or rent it when it's out to see if you actually want to buy it. Seriously, it's that much more fun playing it than saying "Oh it's 'looks' so boring". then again there are just people who wants to bash good games, can't be help, I guess.
did you read the "very few good games" part?
Seems like fun, we'll see
Oh course home isn't going to sell systems. It's an application, an online social network community. It's not a game. I believe it's more of bringing the psn community together than a system seller.
forced to buy a HDD (if they want to play that game)
SO...according to the Author, every future car will come standard with Satellite capabilities so people can just stream videos right into the car and watch a movie. That sounds interesting. Besides, I'm pretty sure most household isn't going to switch to 5mbs(or higher) Internet service soon(even though that's still slow for downloading anything 4gb and up, seriously). Probably by 4-5 years? I wouldn't know, but I wouldn't mind the car satellite thing...it might be a bit pricey though.
Even if the 360 has the "better games" it's not like your grandma is going to pick up a 360 and jam with her friends. My mom, 65, plays the wii(especially wii sports) with her friends. So I don't know about the 360 getting those kinds of people.
He sure is harsh on himself. I hope he is working on ZOE 3. First 2 was Awesome.
How about an attached dual analogs that disables the one on the PSP(Instead of remodling and hacking)? It would definitely be nice.
Kind of reminds me of Siren
Aww talking about NExt Gen, I want the PS9 already.
The next console for MS might not even have a disc drive at all. Who really knows? IF ms really is pushing for Digital Download, the person's speculation of a Big HDD might be true.
what I meant was Nintendo's aim isn't just at certain gamers(such as Hardcore, Casual gamers), it's aim at everyone. So Sony and MS have been following, just in their own way. It's not just about motion sensor, it's about getting everyone involve into gaming so they can profit.
if you want JRPG play PSone(Non-PS2 bc plays these too) or PS2 games on BC PS3s. There you go. It's not like the 360 doesnt have it either. YOu can go back and replay all of those RPGs and still have fun, seriously. While you wait for the "this-gen/next-gen" rpgs(except some are already out on the 360 but for PS3 owners, they can wait for more to come, There are some RPGs already) to come out, you can always enjoy the PS2/xbox library of RPGs. I'm sure you haven't play all the RPG o...
I doubt it. If you played it, then you would know why. It's not because of the size, or "impossibility" of the game. It's because there's some references to the PS3. Blu-ray, the ps3 controller are a few examples. now to port it wouldn't be so nice. they would have to redo some parts, and find good areas to get the disc changes in.
