Most people playing Sonic games are sick of Sega's Sonic story's anyway there always completely awful and shallow about the best of the bunch has to be Sonic Adventures 2.
So I wouldn't really rate it down for story it seems pointless if it had a story it wouldn't be a recreation of the classic thus removing the point of the game.
So saying no story as a negative point seems a bit ill founded if you ask me.
Star Wars is a franchise almost at the point of diminishing sales of a respective game not increasing them.
The amount of shit spawned from the Star Wars franchise vastly outweighs anything good released.
I would say it's going to be Zelda and star wing that most gamers are looking forward to, and MGS3 for the more hardcore.
To be honest if little big planet 2 wins game of the year this year then yeah it can be spoke of in the same league as Mass Effect 2, if it doesn't I will mark it down to console biased.

Look there are a lot bigger problems then Piracy in the world, if you really want to do something to help the games industry stop buying/trading in used games.
That does a lot more damage to the pockets of the publishers you quite clearly care about.
That way they can have 4 super cars instead of just 2, Piracy and homebrew is not the enemy. People are all to quick to blindly follow the media like sheep.
Look Piracy all but stopped PC develop...

It's all to easy to say, there not real only nerds care about them get a real girl friend but that's not the point of them.
They add a layer of depth to the game make you feel somehow more involved in the lore, why they certainly aren't essential there's nothing wrong with giving you a little more involvement from your characters.

I love how biased this community is, maybe for PS3 players but for PC players there's at least 2000 or 3000 people that can't play the game at all.
The launch has been horrible you only have to go to PC tech support to see everyone calling the Devs completely incompetent.

You do know the game price around the world is way worse then the USA, I think that needs fixing before the USA gets a price cut not that game developers can afford to nowa days with games costing 20 million to develop.

It's a demo man am sure 95 percent of the world just doesn't care like myself, fact is Crysis is well established in the PC community we don't need a demo.
Console gamers do because unless they have researched Crysis they have no idea what to expect, so to promote there game they need to release demo's to the console community obviously.

I have been around the industry long enough to know beta testing is never used in the correct term anymore.
Any MMO released in Europe and the US always run an open beta, no one complains that there called open beta there when by your logic there not.
