Did I miss the party? Just finished the video from gametrailers and I'll I said was..........well I didn't get to say anything cuz my jaw dropped lolz. Thus game is so detailed its unbelievable. Add the fact that you can now shoot over-the-shoulders, that seals the deal. If this is the last MGS for Kojima, then I'll be waiting for his next project, hopefully Zone of the Enders 3.
Words can't describe what I'm feeling right now. After they've shut down MGO for MGS3, I was so upset but now, Kojima-san made my day with this announcement, again. I can already see myself playing for another 10 hours straight like I did before, probably even more. One thing though, I hope this game would allow us to create our own characters because that was the only gripe I had for the last version. I got tired of playing the 3 soldier types after countless hours.
What happened to Eva? She got uglier. She looks like a whole different character from MGS3. I know she got old, but I don't see any resemblance whatsoever from her pretty face from the last game. She still has that kick-ass body though. Woot woot.
Interesting. Now that you mention it, I think you're on to something here. But didn't solid snake killed Big boss in the first game in NES or something? Can you explain that, bud. Regardless, bubbles for the valid points.
This game kinda reminds me of Xenogears when he turns to that "Super Knight". But instead of having gears, characters turn to a "gear-like" knights. Tbh, I don't remember any other rpgs that has this gameplay except Wild Arms whereas only the main character can turn to this superhero mode. Man, I hope they release the trailer to US PSN too.
I suggest you take the contributor test and be one yourself or else this will keep happening. The test is a piece of cake btw.
As of now I only have one from Gamesradar. This is neat. Thanks for the link. I've been downloading wallpapers the whole night. I give you bubbles for this. Thanks man.
Just finished some of it. Thanks for the link. Bubbles for you too.
Thanks for that, man. Bubbles for you.
@Jsin
LOL, addicting ain't it?
No problem. I was thinking about that too. I just hope that if they do implement a PSN section for wallpapers, they won't charge us for it.
Another amazing demo on the way. Can't wait for this.
Gamesradar has some custom wallpapers. Check'em out

I took the MGS4 one. Snake looks more badass in a big screen tv.
Same here. I thought Agro was a goner. But the saddest experience I ever had is still when Aerith died in FF7. Never really saw that coming. I had to pause and gather my thoughts for a few minutes after that scene. Hey, I was young back then. You can't blame me lolz.
Damn double post. still LMAO
That's a good one Timmy lmao
Perfect. Now I'll see and play this hands on to judge it further. Don't get me wrong this game looks pretty good but it still better to experience it yourself.
Can't wait for this update to hit US. One step closer (ahem...Linkin Park...ahem) to firmware 2.0. I'm very excited with the custom background. Now, all those save pictures of mine will be put to good use.
Everything about the game sound promising except this:
"From our beta-testing, we anticipate around 12 hours of gameplay; each level is enormous. We are also seeing that due to the sandbox nature of our game design, there are numerous ways to play each level. We have full multiplayer support for 360, PS3, and PC so that means you can continue to play the game again and again in Deathmatch and Team Deathmatch with completely different experiences each time."
This game looks great graphically. The single player game sounds compelling too with the nectar and stuff. I hope this game will have a killer multiplayer to complete the package.
First he pulled Xbox honcho Takashi Sensui for a quick interview hopefully getting some answers. Then, he writes 10 hard facts why MGS4 is ps3 only, then ends his article "at least for now" lolz. You gotta give it to this guy, he really wants the game bad for Xbox. He's really persistent. For me, reasons #1,#4, #8, and #9 pretty much solidifies the exclusivity.
