I still have my dreamcast with Shenmue 1 and import version of Shenmue 2 (DC). Once a year I do a playthrough for both of them. Greatest games of all-time IMO. If Shenmue ever got remastered I will go insane which means there is hope for Shenmue 3
the game is going to be full of set pieces. The days of exploring and doing puzzles in RE are gone
These games will all probably be expansion pack quick games to milk. Halo ODST, Forza Horizon (didn't the last Forza come out just 5 months ago), Alan Wake arcade game, and the next will probably be a Gears game that's 2 hours long

The Vita is the right handheld for me. Didn't care much for the psp or ds but the Vita is attracting to me. As far as hardware is concerned the Vita is obviously better but it's about the software and the only 3DS game I want to play is RE Revelations. It really depends on what kind of games you prefer
G4TV "cons" are horrible. He complains about the controls and for somebody who has played the demo the controls are just fine. It takes like a few min to get adjusted. This is a arcade style game so why is he complaining about the physics? If you like TM you're going to like this one. Simple as that
More options are good. But I don't see the point of using the feature. Who would want to talk the entire time when all you have to do is click the sentence. I can see somebody trying in out initially but will quickly get tired of it

Good job MS. Keep in mind though the PS3 was leading WW until the holidays and the casual crowd snapped up Kinect like mad in the US market which put them at #1 for the year. Also yes Xbox hasn't cut there price yet but the cheapest model on the 360 is $199 and the cheapest ps3 model is $249. It just shows sony has been struggling to keep up with the pricing edge. That's what happens when you release a $600 console. New tech in the ps3 (blu-ray) made the cost so high...just shows the ...

Instead of using there money to make exclusive games they try to pick out the big multiplatform franchises and do stupid things like this. MS wants to make it seem like RE is synonymous with xbox. Just like they market that Call of duty is synonymous with Xbox. Thats where MS throws there money at. They don't care about exclusives
Instead of coming out with exclusive games they instead pay to get exclusive timed demos ala Resident Evil 6

There's an interview Yu Suzuki did in November and he said he's gathering investors to try to fund Shenmue 3. He would then try to obtain the Shenmue license by a contract basis or try to buy the license. Judging by SEGA possibly doing a Shenmue remaster version I think it would be a contract thing. Yep as long as Yu Suzuki is alive I know he's trying everything he can do to make Shenmue 3.
