They need to patch in the extra fog from the original games. The game was made with the extra fog in mind originally due to last-gen limitations. I don't understand why they would remove alot of it and now you can see the edges of the game world in some scenes on sh2
I agree sometimes sony marketing sucks but I wouldn't market socom 4. That game was almost everything opposite of what socom fan wanted. All they had to do was make a next-gen socom 2
The problem is not Slant Six it's Capcom. They outsourced a resident evil title to a western studio because they want to make sure it's westernized. Just like they outsourced DMC. I hear too many times that they want to westernize there games specifically Capcom and Square Enix. They are ruining there franchises because they think it will equal more sales which is not true.
All they have to do is use the re4/re5 gameplay and make it dark with some exploration/puzzles like the older games.
It looks like they cut out the first 2 seconds of the original rape scene
Health regeneration, 1 primary weapon, No upgradable weapons, no yellow essence, no treasure chests, and QTE's galore. As a hardcore NG fan, I'm not buying it. I'm all for changes that make sense but not changes that have completely dumbed down the game. You're supposed to build upon the previous games not cut all the good things out.
I hope NG3 gets more 3s. They put in health regeneration, no upgradable weapons, 1 primary, no yellow essence, no treasure chests, and infested with QTE's. It's a slap in the face to the NG fans

I have beaten Shenmue 1 & 2 a million times. And if the HD port is real I will beat those games a million times as well. Greatest games of all-time and it revolutionized many things in gaming ...way ahead of its time. With that said I WANT SHENMUE 3 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Not with today's Capcom. Game has been in development for 2 years which means each character will be like 3 to 4 hrs long. Which means there wont be many puzzles and will just be huge set pieces with virtually no exploration pretty much straight forward.
I personally want a RE Next-Gen Outbreak but those days are gone. It's all about squad based shooters

No movie or anything has touched me like Shenmue has. So what does that say
it's simple. It's about being the cheapest console so they can have a bigger install base. Happen this gen too...PS3 was like $600 for the 60GB Xbox was $400 and Wii launched at $250. It's all about the price
