@inurfoxhole
The fanboyism is strong on this one. Although what I stated MS admitted to it.
"The impact of this industry-shaking acquisition was part of Microsoft's strategy to bolster its lineup of first-party Xbox games."
No, it was to create a monopoly and force Sony out of the video game industry. That's MS strategy, just like any other media MS tried to enter (and failed at times), buyout the competition or out spend the competition.
@sonic
Not if the next judge also has family working at MS and decides theirs no monopoly going on. All these institutions are just as corrupt and need to be demolished and rebuilt.
If this doesn't yell "monopoly" intentions, I don't know what does. The judge who over saw the FTC case, has a son who works for MS. No conflict of interest?
They are using Windows money and monopolizing the industry and paying people off. That's how they are keeping their jobs. If MS didn't have that trillion in windows money, a lot of these big heads would have been fired a long time ago. But MS is betting long term, that they will get their way and turn the gaming industry like their office products.
@lelo2play
Is just a blind Xbox fanboy who unknowingly/knowingly is helping destroy a hobby he supposedly likes.
Unfortunately, the ignorant ones who stayed with MS are the truly blind loyalist and are still enough in numbers to keep Xbox a float. Everyone else left when they saw MS true intentions with their anti-consumer, big corporate ambitions. They don't understand (or maybe they do, but they're fanboys and just want to see Xbox win) that MS is trying to monopolize the industry and turn it into a paid you don't own anything model. Basically like their office products.
@sagapo
No, MS never cared about the industry, they cared about the money. They showed their true colors with the release of the Xbox one and their outrageous anti-consumer policies. They shot themselves in the foot. However, as blind xboys fanboys are failing to see, MS is still trying to push their digital only, online only, no physical copies, no game trading/selling unless MS gets their cut policies back. They are just trying a new approach.
No, I hope it does happen. MS is trying to change the gaming industry for the worst. They are a cancer to the gaming industry. I just hope they do leave the business and another manufacturer steps in, so there's still competition to keep pushing the industry forward.
Same, beat the story and tried to reach level 100 and build a powerful sorc. But once they nerfed the sorc again, I had enough and stopped playing. I wish I bought it on sale.
You're incredibly estúpido, but the person who gave you a 💯 beat you by miles.
Looks like a PS1 game. Gran Turismo 2 had better car details.
In before the "this looks like a PS3 game" crowd
Calling Trump, Ronald Dump, is all we need to know that you're a liberal pansy
Ahahaha
Sony's headquarters are in liberal looney California now. I don't think Sony Japan has any say anymore.
You'll find hackers and aimbotters on consoles as well, as you no longer have to hack/jailbreak your consoles to cheat.
Oh you mean, so Ms can once again try and push their anti consumer policies? No wonder they're trying to buy up the industry as well.
I honestly wish Ms would leave the industry and another manufacturer can step in.
Odd, I thought Ms and Phil said consoles will no longer get discounts? Oh, that's right, he's a dumb@ss.
Knowing MS their ambitions to buy valve and Nintendo has not died. They will try to purchase valve for sure. However, that would be a no brainer monopoly. However, I don't trust these judges or institutions to put a stop to it. It's crazy how corrupt these institutions have become. They are letting these big corporations get away with so much.
