Differentiation is the word, if ms could differentiate itself from the competition providing something unique and a showcase to the masses, that would be another story.
But as the story goes, we can only take pictures of the supposed enhanced titles, compare with what is offered by the other player and say to everybody how great the X is with it's "true 4k", not anything else.

When a company talks more about other's company product than it's own, it really shows where value is. Every time he ask for this feature he his complimenting Sony and acknowledges the competition has a superior product.
From a Sony standpoint there is no added value to do what ms is asking, at least, I don' t where value is because Sony community is huge and no need to cross play.

I've noted there is more talk about old games than new ones and don't like it, just my opinion. It is a big plus if the system runs cool. I would like to know what happens if console is unplugged from the Internet for more than 24h, I'm asking because I don't trust ms.
