@kevnb actually diablo 3 took about three weeks to get fully up and running. I think it took even longer to get the auction house setup. And then even longer for PVP. All of which were implied as being in the game near launch.

In fact that rep, who is at that moment "EA", needed to clarify what he meant by his account will be banned. He shouldn't have left it in such an open-ended manner that could be misinterpreted as threatening or bullying. Ridiculous... Amazing how out of touch these publishers can be. I won't support another AC game until they prove they're going to treat it with some respect. AC3 was incredibly underwhelming. The characters, story, gameplay, protagonist, etc all fell flat. Ubi is being incredibly short-sighted.

Yeah I won't purchase day one for that very reason. Each one that comes out every year is described by the devs as being new and innovative... and each one is just baaaarely different then the last. AC3 was supposedly in development for four years yet it was the glitchiest AC yet. I'll wait for reviews on this one. As a huge fan I never thought I'd get burnt out on the series but hats where I'm at...

Yeah like others have said, I can't imagine it without a face. Without it it would've just been a natural disaster. The face makes it feel supernatural/fantastic which fits perfectly in Zelda. It's also much more menacing and creates a greater sense of urgency. Brilliant!
