Best $10 I ever spent. Great game for strategy fans, immense replay value and endless fun.

If you're talking strictly about the gameplay, I honestly don't know why.
Of course, it can't run Heavy Rain because of processor/graphical limitations. But I don't really see a problem with emulating it on a gameplay-wise basis... It would probably be less responsive, but then again, it doesn't look highly responsive to begin with...
