Aww darn. It's for PC, right? I was hoping it would fix my constant "Disconnected From Game" problem on my PS3.
Oh well, hopefully it'll come eventually.
The interwebs will get you through college, bro. And you can play some lag-free games whilst pretending to do your assignments!
Isn't that what life is all about?
I approve.
I can confirm the above statement is true.
Made my day. Guantanamo Bay? Classic. ^^
Here's hoping we see Modern Company 2: Bad Warfare!!
*sigh*
Yes, I agree, games should be reviewed for what they ARE, not for how good they are compared to "X" game or "Y" game...
Then again, it's good to have a high "standard" in video games, no?
We all like to hear Ocarina of Time is the best, but by saying it's the best, we are essentially comparing it to other games. I'm split 50/50 here.
When a great RPG comes out (RPG X), why is it wrong to state that another RPG (RPG Y) faile...
Very good, well written blog! I am also a a Kirby fan, but I must admit I am not of the NES-generation sort. I believe my first encounter with Kirby was back on the N64 with Kirby and the Crystal Shards. I have to admit, at my age back then, I didn't really pay much attention to "story" or "graphics" or even "level design". All I knew was that game was a lot of fun and I miss it to this day.
I also really liked the GBA/DS Kirby games like Squeak Squa...
What pisses me of the most is that we can't do anything about it. I doubt IGN will care if they receive a few hate mails. Darn it, Bad Company 2 is a much better game than Modern Warfare 2! I guess we'll never know if IGN really DID get payed off... But one thing is for certain, they lost my respect.
Unless, when I buy the game, for some reason the sound is worse than the Beta/Demo, I will never understand why MW2 got a 10 and BC2 got a 9.
*EDIT*
I thoug...
I thought it blew up! Now I remember it was gunned by Malak's Starship and was deprived of major buildings, etc. Kept thinking it was blown up...
I still think AC2's facial expressions are a bit awkward...
At least it's better than last year's. And if they announce that sexy Zelda title... Well, hot damn, I might have to go buy a Wii again! Hey... Nintendo WANTED us to sell our Wiis and then Re-Buy them!! Sneaky...
Jim Sterling sucks. I do despise his reviews. "My opinion" he says... It's just garbage.
Was no one else over-whelmed by the amount of exploration in the game?
I usually find myself wondering if I should just take the linear route...
Somebody hates Modern Warfare/Popular Things on The Internet/Life...
I simply meant to say that this is much cooler than that, and the whole Knife thing is the only cool "stunt" I've seen in Modern Warfare 2.
Bleh.
The preview actually got me excited for Alan Wake. And yeah, I've been thinking about the whole Heavy Rain similarity, but really, I think both are very old games (development wise). Can't seem to remember which one was announced first, although I have a feeling it was Heavy Rain...
EA got it with their copyrighting ways. Didn't get to see it.
I found this though. Seems pretty real...
*EDIT*
Didn't even see someone had posted the copyright thing...
I need some sleep.
The only reason I still have a copy around is because my friends continue to play it, even though we all seem to agree that the game is a train-wreck.
Maybe it's the light sound it makes when you get a kill, maybe it's the thunderous rhythm that appears when you level up, it might even be the sound that shows up when you get a kill-streak, but I can't understand why I still play it. Maybe I'm just a hopeful person. Maybe Infinity Ward will fix this game. We all REALLY don't know...
I'm still getting that AceKard 2i... and Nintendo can't stop me!!
We have smoke launchers?
=O
