1) Graphics do not matter.
2) PS4 and Xbone do not have the first party exclusives. It goes both ways. Right now the Wii U actually has the most critically acclaimed software.

The main dragon quest games come on the system that is doing the best in Japan. That leaves PS4 out in the cold.
3DS is the best selling system. Wii U is the best selling console.

I assume DQ XI will be on Wii U. If Japanese sales are to be our guide like they have been for the past main games.
