this is the best news I've heard about this game, its kinda sad, what about split screen? is it in there too? if it is I may faint. bots are what made the first game, that and the online.
I'm not interested in this game, I was far more interested in Stargate: The Alliance game before it got canceled. it was actually looking promising. but then again I'm not into MMOs.
"I fear for ARE future"
don't you mean you fear for OUR future?
now I'm worried
@ above, I do believe it was intentional now, sorry, haha thats funny
PS. I do agree with you about the for the moment of the moment thing
very much. I can't say much else without swearing.
like a cross between COD4 and team fortress 2, but with a killzone twist, plus the valor system for clans and the stat tracking that we saw before, just blows any other multiplayer experience out of the water.
XBOX is a horrible name, but oh well. but this is kinda a flame bait article. quite dumb in my opinion.
I'm from Canada and Nexicom is promising me 4 Mb/s though I rarely ever get over 1. which sucks the big one. but I'm off to college soon so it should be a good 5 - 7 Mb/s there, so that's not all that bad.
I agree with you, though I don't think the PS3 has inferior hardware. just different hardware.
I do not believe that HALO introduced the recharging health system in FPS games. and this was a well written article, and I do notice that the writer leans toward the PS brand, but I see no fanboyish remarks in it, the closest thing was the Viper/Lexus analogy and that was just an analogy. and considering the website he writes for I do not see how that is a problem.
Edit: did some research and I retract my statement about HALO not being the first FPS to have a recharging health ...
probably pre-order it today. some of those EB games guys kinda annoy me though.
your attach rates are really high.
Edit: I re-read this and it sounds a little sarcastic but I am actually congratulating microsoft for their attach rate.
That's a great story, thank you, now how about you go stand over their -------------->
me too, I very much dislike touchscreens for gaming. sorry iPhone and DS. I hope the new PSP doesn't have one I sorta plan on getting one.
but now my expectations are low, but being a mummy fan, they are my all time favorite series, I shall go see it or buy it.
P.S. Brendan Fraiser's best movie to date has got to be "The Air I Breathe" if you haven't seen it I suggest you watch it, its amazing.
when you played quake way back when it commonly caused it. I don't know the reason behind it though. and it was with windows 95 or 98 not XP.
your answer . . . Microsoft doesn't own that content so they can't make money off it, and that's pretty much it. its apparently not enough that you bought their system and games that they get royalties for anyway.
do not want a brain controlled system. no thank you, I'll stick with a pad. I do however want better game play, visuals, and stories next gen. but nintendo seems to only think about the gameplay. I believe if you keep the three main things (game play, visuals, and stories) all evolving at a decent rate games will get better and better you don't need to revolutionize the control mechanics, if it ain't broke don't fix it, and game pads have worked since the dawn of consoles so why bother changi...
that sony are planning to put up to market this is extremely awesome and very original. I kinda want one, to bad their only in the states. Canada never gets any of the cool things :P
I think because the footage of the town in that video look the same as the town in the screen shots released a couple days ago, people used their brain and put together that those screens were in game therefore making the game have great graphics. its called the transitive property you should learn about it. jokes, I just really wanted to use the transitive property in a sentence.
however if those screens from before are in game, this game is going to push the bar up, maybe even ...
I played the first one online, but bots are good for split screen action with your friends. the first killzone turned into a sort of party game, where me and my friend would battle against their whole team. it was all good fun. in short bots are great.
