But look at all those people writing off the 3DS when that launched... Again I ignored and bought one on launch, best decision I ever made, 20 free games and now a library to back up the console, wii u will be next but unless Microsoft actually attempt to do something other than just knock off money off they got no chance, get some games announced and on the horizon and stop worrying about tv through a games console, thought that's what Freeview was for ;)
Yeah bit early to write it off, fully agree ps3 had a dreadful start but like you said yourself it's xbox one is never gonna have a turn around like the ps3 did, fact. The pure fact that god knows how many of their 80 xbox 360 sales were people replacing faulty hardware id say xbox will be very, VERY LUCKY to clear 50 million this gen, think it'll more like the original xbox I.e 15-20 million worldwide.

Fully agree without Microsoft we wouldn't have ps+ And it's free games but we do and while we do I'm getting everything free I can, whilst Microsoft do whatever they do to try and get some custom back, when Microsoft are in the positron Sony were barely a year or 2 ago that's when I'll be interested as the console will be resonably priced, the games will cheap and there will be a better selection, Xbox one sometime in 2015 not likely before. I'll buy one with my saving...
I can play 360 games through my 360 and if I wanna watch telly I'll put the telly on, don't need a new expensive console to watch telly or link my old console through or even a ps4 and play it, think I'll just cut out the middle chump/man.
And yet still a £5er more than a ps4 with 3 months of Ps+ and therefore 3 months of free games. Titanfall looks ok but what are we meant to play after that their just doesn't look like anything truly new console worthy this side of 2014! I'll stick with all the others Microsoft can jog on, it's be £349 if not £299 before Christmas, even if Microsoft start selling at a loss... Again they'll still take it in with their extreme digital prices and extortionate xbox...

Yes it is a little slower than some of the other consoles going at the moment ie ps4 and it is a bit noisy but if you've bought a new console to listen to the noises it's making internally rather than playing the great games it has to offer I think it's clear for most reasonable people to see that a Wii U is a good choice, it's cheap and don't think it'll get a price cut anytime soon (maybe, only maybe Christmas) plus it's got plenty of 9/10 rated quality Nintendo ...
Yeah I have the ps3/4 combo and a vita and can highly recommend a Wii U on the side already some great games out for it, (lego city undercover, pikmin3 and super mario 3d world or donkey kong) plus some great download like Earthbound and with mario kart mere months away and smash bros by the end of the year get a Wii U and just enjoy whatever free games sony gives you for now if there's anything your really after buy it but sony have been pretty good meaning money to spend on some nintend...
I bought ps4 on launch and regret nothing sure killzone will go down in price but the free ps+ games make up for that besides I saved money getting the killzone camera and extra controller bundle it's win win as sony are not gonna lower the price this side of 2014! ;)
Yeah and they knocked off well over £100 as they had to give everyone a free controller and a couple of games, with another price cut in around 6 months tops I can see history repeating itself, specially now Microsoft are giving away arguably the best exclusive game they have on the horizon for the next few months, best of luck to Microsoft but they've got some serious learning to do. Like sony did with the ps3 ;) paying off the be a ps3/4 customer now tho.
Now crackdown 3 and I'd be interested yeah it's a sequal being a number 3 but it's better than halo any day. Now Goldeneye 64 ;)

Japan don't like home systems it's quite obvious by looking at the sales charts, 3DS And vita shift tons each week, consoles not so much.
Oh but this is on Xbox one ;) poor I've got loads of space on my ps4 must be that 13gb update for dead rising 3 amongst other things.
