I think Cliffy is a jackass personally. Makes some good games but I just don't like the way he comes across. He thinks he is rockstar instead of a game developer, Just and FYI the games industry IS bigger then you Cliffypoo.
don't get me wrong I loved UC & UC2 platinumed both of them but prefer the exploration & puzzle solving of TR over the shooting everyone in UC. I have always preferred a female lead in my games over a male lead just a preference I guess and I could careless how big her boobs as that is not the reason. I know Drake doesn't fall into this category but most male leads in games look like they are roided out and are nothing but testosterone tanks instead of normal looking & proportione...
I actually like TR better then UC for the reason the TR emphasizes the level exploration and harder puzzles, where UC is more of a TPS with some light exploration & puzzles that you have the answers to in your journal instead of having to figure them out for yourself. I prefer harder puzzles & exploration over shooting everyone and basically no exploring and UC is far more linear feeling the TR also.
I believe they have over 20 1st party studios. MS should take notes and maybe start doing this for the 360 so they have real exclusives built on custom engines for their system. Exclusive + custom engine >>>>>>> MP on UE3 or the likes.

the fact that they are gonna be advertising in womens magazines tells you what they are aiming for with Natal. While that does not say it will fail, noone knows that until a year or 2 after release but it does tell you they are not going after the core gamer with Natal.
I usually disagree with your posts but happen to agree with you this time. After GTA IV I would rather have a new Manhunt game. GTA being limited by DVD killed the series and I don't like the idea of buying DLC to make up for limitations of a certain format that gimped the game down. Even though I will probably get the DLC just to have the complete set back to the PS1 games.

so after 6 years of stripping & watering down the game for the crapbox, you actually think it will be better then Heavy Rain? And the reason the PC version was canceled was because of the watering down the crapbox required. So enjoy your 4 hour long watered down game if your crapbox doesn't break down again.
shouldn't you be playing the great exclusive Darkest of Days on your crapbox or did it break down again like they always do?
lol, where standards are higher? Just the choice of the 360 over the PS3 shows you have lower standards then any PS3 gamer, then throw in games like Darkest of Days & Inferno Hells Vengeance to name a few which are true flops of games made exclusively for the breakdownbox360.
so enjoy your console straight out of the 90's with dvd, no wifi, no HDD and a 30%+ failure rate and then someday when you grow up and mommy & daddy aren't buying your things for you you will want to...
I just want a new Valkyria Chronicles on the PS3. The DLC releasing this week is nice and all and I will be getting it, but I am still pretty po'd that VC2 is on the PSP.

That is more what you would call old & dated technology with poor craftsmanship!
I'll do the same with this as I did with MW2, let my friend buy it and play it for a few weeks and then buy it from him for like 30 bucks when he is ready to trade it in. Any COD & Activision game deserve no better then a used buy imho.
